This is the best game-changer CCP has done all year. If anything it's a boost to more :goodfights: that can happen in nullsec. Let the whiners whine, if they can't handle the renter nerf then they can band together and fight someone for good space...

The Omen can work as an L2 runner versus the other two Amarr cruisers that just make it an impossible task, but yeah, Arbi w/ T2 drones is the best way to go for L2 Amarr running. If you're deadset on guns however, the Omen would still run them ok...
